Rooms are available to hire by the hour or for a full day.

All meeting catering is provided by our in-house team at Cafe twelve62, using locally sourced fresh produce and high-quality coffee. Buffets start from £7 per person and can be tailored to suit your event and individual requirements.

Equipment Hire

We offer a range of essential meeting equipment to support your booking:

• Portable PA system

• Flipcharts and pens

• Projector and screen

• Full table-coverage conference camera with intelligent speaker tracking
